How long will it take to receive my order?

Where are the products shipped from?
Our offices are located in New York, and our international warehouse is based in Hong Kong.
Some items are missing from my order. What’s going on?
Our products are shipped separately based on your order. For instance, if your order includes items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of your order is likely on its way.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item to info@ukstorekids.com, and we’ll send a replacement item as soon as possible. (This does not apply to promotional items.)
I haven’t received my order yet. Why is it taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order at any time to see its current location. If you need assistance tracking your package or have concerns, please email us immediately.
Do you have a refund policy?
We strive to resolve any issues our customers may face with their online orders. If you still wish to request a refund, we can cancel the payment as long as the request is made within 30 days of your order date.
